Data collection tools to collect data in this way include:
- Data collection forms printed in digital paper format (digital paper consists of a pattern of dots printed in a grid format, each dot approx. 0.3mm from the next).
- A digital pen
- Means of connecting to the internet; it could be a web-enabled mobile data phone (smart phone)
- A USB cradle for your pen
- Once the data is collected, it can be viewed, edited and forwarded to other applications using any internet connected PC.
Once we have understood and evaluated your data collection processes, we will convert your existing forms into a digital paper format which can then be printed by you or by us. We will also recommend what equipment will be best suited to routing your data from pen to application.
