We arrange a mutually convenient appointment to meet with you and your team to learn about your data collection process, typically including senior management, sales, IT and a representative who collects data. The aim is for us to fully understand your business process from which we will be able to provide a project description, proposal, outcome and draft versions of your form.Implement a pilot to test the process, typically for 3 months. This can cost as little as £5,000.Review pilot; make any tweaks in the light of experience if necessary.Migrate to a full working version and roll-out with training support.Regularly review.
Often, for those collecting the data there is little or no change to the way the data is collected. We provide full training supported by a training manual, online ‘How To’ guides and a telephone support hotline during office hours.
